Technical Salesperson

Job duties

  • Assist the Director of Sales in sales to the healthcare market.
  • Contact and qualify leads.
  • Consult with prospective clients regarding our online patient education solutions.
  • Prepare cost proposals.
  • Visit the prospective client on-site when needed.
  • Follow-up with leads and close sales.
  • Travel and exhibit at select national health care conferences.
  • Act as Account Manager and ensure clients receive quality customer service after closing the sale.

Job requirements

  • A bachelor degree in business management, marketing, or a related area.
  • Experience with online applications and Microsoft Word.
  • At least 3 years of technical sale experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other lead/customer management programs are preferred.
  • Applicant should be prepared to travel for 3 to 4 days twice per month.
