We provide clients with standard metrics such as the usage of their X-Plain software, what percentage of users have completed their assigned tutorials, and what is the average duration per educational session.

Clients who benefit from the documentation services can use one of our web services or log into the X-Plain Management System to check these metrics on their own.

Additional data and metrics can be custom-ordered by the client for summative and impact evaluation studies.
