Customer Service

All of our products come with unlimited phone customer service between the hours of 7 am CST to 7 pm CST. Most of our clients obtain the direct phone line and cellular number of their main customer service contact at the Patient Education Institute.

We are proud that the average number of calls per customer is as little as 2 per year for some physician office products. Our products are so reliable that our clients rarely call us with issues and their libraries are automatically updated.

For other products, such as the “X-Plain for Hospitals – Enterprise Solutions”, we negotiate with the client a certain number of onsite consultation and training visits per year to ensure the success of their patient education initiatives. Some of our hospital-wide solution clients contact us, on average, twice per day. They are continuously brainstorming with us and testing how to get the highest percentage of patients across many hospital departments to benefit from X-Plain.
