Interfaces are cloned best practices

An end-user interface is not only about the look and feel of a web page or a computer program (the end-user in this case is the patient or health consumer). The interface specifies what the user sees and how he/she picks a topic. In informed consent and pre-op system it specifies how the patient ID is entered, passed, encrypted, and saved.

A user-interface includes what the user does and sees before the patient education material is displayed and what the user sees when he/she finishes or quits an X-Plain tutorial or video.

A user interface allows you to give health consumers and patients special messages when they finish/quit a tutorial, send them to a sponsor website, give an online questionnaire or survey.

Throughout the last 14 years we have field-tested these solutions/interfaces. Based on the product you select, we give you an interface from a best practice solution. After implementing it for you –and if needed—we can customize it to fit your specific needs.
