Set-up and Branding
The purpose of the set-up service is to provide our clients with the solution that specifically addresses their needs. The “set-up” service includes the following activities:
- Create the client’s account and install the patient education topics selected by the client
- Configure the client’s system so it shows the client’s name and logo on every page
- Select an interface (topic search, color, and shape) of the client’s choosing
- Organize the topics and arrange them under client-specific categories
- Configure the system to provide updates based on the client’s preferences
If the product is an informed consent, pre-op, or documentation product, the staff at the Patient Education Institute will:
- Configure the system to print patient handouts and informed consent forms as specified by the client.
- Configure how topics are assigned to patients and what patient ID is entered.
- Configure the system to document patient education based on the client’s preferences.
If our client uses one of the leading electronic medical record applications, we will work with the EMR provider on passing the documentation data back to the EMR system.
