Court Testimonial Services
We offer court testimonial services, which include presenting in a court of law the tutorial as seen by patients. Our testimony also covers (a) instructional strategies used to ensure that patients receive AND understand the presented information, and (b) authenticity of the documentation.
This service is used either by clients who want to provide evidence that they have given a patient adequate informed consent, or by non-clients who want to explain to laymen in judicial proceedings the medical procedure or treatment in question.
