• Branding with the client's name and logo.
• Integration with IT systems (EMR, patient portals, bedside patient devices, etc.)
• Customer support with a designated implementation expert.
• Regular usage reports and metrics.
• Quarterly newsletter listing updates, best practices, trends, and new X-Plain features and solutions.

Enterprise License Services

We offer the following additional services to our subscribing enterprise clients:

• Providing evidence of comprehension and adequate consent in litigation cases involving informed consent (or testimonial services).
• Integrating patient education materials developed by hospital staff with X-Plain solutions.
• Providing illustrations for your in-house patient education materials.
• Providing stand-alone X-Plain videos for special video-playing devices.
• Directing local patient traffic to our client's public website.

Customization Services

We provide the following customization services for a fee.

• Developing custom tutorials and videos based on content provided by the client (clinical trials, non-standard treatments, etc.)
• Customizing a published X-Plain module to include hospital-specific information.
• Customizing an X-Plain app or delivery system.
